2 Agreement Clauses

Paternity Clause

Mutual consent required — Neither party may pursue custody or parental rights without written agreement of the other.

Party A retains rights — Party A (you) retains full parental rights regardless of relationship status.

Waive paternity claim — Party A waives any future custody or parental claim.

Financial Obligations

No financial obligations — Neither party owes child support or related expenses absent a court order.

Shared expenses — Child-related costs split proportionally by income if a child results.

Party A provides support — Party A commits to a defined support amount if a child results.

Reproductive Rights

Mutual notification on abortion — Party B agrees to notify Party A before any abortion decision is finalized.

No abortion without Party A's consent — Party B may not terminate without Party A's written agreement, except in medical emergency.

Party B retains full sovereignty — Party B's reproductive decisions remain exclusively hers; this agreement does not limit them.
